My truck broke a ball joint pulling into work. They arranged a tow for me, they were very professional, and fixed what another shop had "fixed" just 8 months before.... Long story short, go here first and they will take care of you like family.

Car left dirty, oily hand prints. Window mysteriously stop working and door panel was not replaced correctly.

Please let us take care of those for you. We take a lot of pride in keeping our customers' vehicles clean as we work on them. Thank you for letting us know about the trouble. Please feel free to come by our shop either now or when you bring your vehicle back for its complimentary recheck on the transmission work that we did on your car. Regarding the front passenger window and door panel issue. It is common practice for mechanics to roll down a window in order to prevent locking keys in a vehicle. Normally the front, driver's side window is the window that is rolled down, but due to the location of your car in our shop, the front passenger side window was rolled down in order to not damage your car. When the mechanic tried to roll the window up after the transmission repairs were completed, the window would not go back up. Our mechanic took the time to diagnose the reason the window was not working, free of charge. This diagnostic process involved removing the door panel. It was discovered that the motor for that window had gone out. After notifying you about the window issue you told us that you did not want us to fix the window, and that you wanted to do the repair yourself. The mechanic purposely left the door panel slightly loose to make the repair process easier for you since it is not a simple process to remove a door panel. When you picked up your vehicle and noticed that the panel was slightly loose it was mentioned to you that we would get the mechanic to explain why he had left it loose or have him thoroughly tighten it, but you declined. We would welcome the opportunity to directly discuss any of your concerns in hopes of helping you have a better experience with us.
